Iwan Rheon
Iwan Rheon (born 13 May 1985)[citation needed] is a Welsh actor, singer, and musician. He is best known for portraying Simon Bellamy in the E4 series Misfits and Ramsay Snow / Ramsay Bolton in the HBO series Game of Thrones.
