Janel Parrish
Janel Parrish (born October 30, 1988) is an American actress, singer and songwriter. She is best known for playing Mona Vanderwaal on the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars. She is also known for the role of Jade in the 2007 film Bratz: The Movie. She came in third place on the nineteenth season of Dancing with the Stars.
