Joseph J. Lhota
Joseph J. "Joe" Lhota[pronunciation?] (born October 7, 1954) is an American politician, former chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and former deputy mayor under Rudolph Giuliani. He was the Republican nominee in his unsuccessful bid for the 2013 election for Mayor of New York City.
