Frank Rudolph Wolf (born January 30, 1939) is an American Republican legislator who has represented Virginia's 10th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from January 1981 to January 2015. He announced in December 2013 that he would not run for re-election in 2014, and retired at the conclusion of his 17th term in office. At the time of his announcement, he was the state's longest serving congressman.
